TODO Highlight

Tags in comments get a colored label: blue TODO, red FIXME and BUG, amber HACK and XXX, green NOTE, purple REVIEW, teal OPTIMIZE. Only tags inside comments are marked, so a variable named TODO_LIST is left alone. Use it with TODO Tree to also list them in the sidebar.

Uses the decorations API. No permissions needed.
